Choosing a colour from a swatch card rarely predicts how it will actually look on your walls. Royal India offers free expert colour consultation — matching palette to lighting, room use and existing finishes — before a single litre of paint is bought.
The single biggest reason a paint job looks disappointing isn't the application — it's a colour chosen without accounting for the room's actual light, adjacent surfaces, and how the shade will read at scale on a full wall rather than a small swatch.
Our colour consultation walks through your space with you: natural and artificial light through the day, the mood you want for each room, how colours will flow between connected spaces, and practical factors like how a shade wears over time on a high-traffic wall. We draw on the full Berger Paints range, since we're an authorized applicator and can access the complete shade catalogue and finish options.
This service is offered free alongside any painting project, and can also be booked on its own if you want expert direction before choosing a contractor — architects and homeowners both use it as a starting point for renovation planning.
We view the space in its actual lighting conditions, not just on paper.
